Complete your buyer brief: suburbs, budget, bedrooms, land, timing, and finance status. The more accurate your brief, the better your matches.

Matched to off market homes
When an owner's home goes live and fits your brief, it opens in your private feed automatically, usually within minutes. Only buyers whose brief genuinely fits ever see a given home.
- 03
Review the private preview
You'll see the suburb, photos, bedrooms, bathrooms, land size and a price guide. The full street address stays hidden until an inspection is confirmed.
- 04
Request an inspection
If a home looks right, request an inspection through the platform. We qualify the fit with you and the owner, then confirm a time that suits both sides.
- 05
Inspect the home
Once your inspection is confirmed, the full address is unlocked. Inspections are private by default. When interest is strong we may arrange a small group viewing so every serious buyer gets a fair look.
